Automatic Cleaning Equipment which can be used with both flex and rigid lances. The TLE combi is equipped with a double chain drive and gives you added flexibility as you could use the optional rigid Lance package as well.
The TLE Combi gives excellent cleaning results due to consistant cleaning speed and by cleaning the tubes twice. An extremely versatile combination that can tackle most cleaning jobs and is capable of cleaning 300 to 350 tubes per hour.
A TLE that is designed to clean with 5 flex lances at the same time. Due to the compact and wider design this TLE can cope with the more confined spaces such as with Fin Fan coolers.
This TLE is extremely flexible as you can choose to operate 5 or 3 flex hoses at a time . The TLE can even be set up to cope with an extra wide indexing pitch of 2.5” which is common with most Air Fin Coolers. The cleaning is done twice and at a constant speed for increased cleaning results.
In order to meet the demands of high pressure cleaning contractors, Peinemann developed the Inside Bundle Cleaner. The IBC 5 is one of the fastest cleaning machines in the world today and has been designed to clean a large number of bundles on the cleaning slab, during shutdowns.
The tube bundle is placed on two optional heavy duty rollers, which can be controlled from the cabin of the operator. The bundles are being cleaned by means of a horizontally driven nozzle bar, which can also move vertically and towards the bundle to get the best cleaning results. The right combination of water pressure (up to 1000 bar) and flow, removes scaling, coke, polymers, etc. without the use of any additional cleaning materials.
The OBC-C is a productive shellside cleaner for use in the cleaning bay during turnarounds. The operator is very comfortable in a separate larger cabin completely protected from the high pressure water and contamination. This cabin allows for a clear view of the bundle and gives the operator full control of the nozzle bar which can be manipulated in three directions; “horizontal, vertical and in/out”.
With the new optional turntable it is even possible for the mast to turn a 180 degrees enabling 2 bundles to be cleaned on two sides. The OBC-C contains a rotating cleaning head as an extra feature.
The Aerial Tube Bundle Extractor is a self contained unit, which is easily lifted into position by just one crane and can be operated by remote control. Because the unit is equipped with a small diesel engine, it can work independently at any place. The Extractor is standard equipped with a spark arrestor and it can even be equipped with a chalwin valve to make it possible to work even in dangerous areas.
This lifter can both be used as an integral part of the Aerial Bundle Extractor (Main Lifting Frame) as well as a separate Bundle Lifter when disconnected from the Aerial Bundle Extractor. After pulling out a Heat Exchanger, the combi lifter can be put on the ground and the lifter can easily remove the Heat Exchanger without disconnecting the crane. The bundle can be easily lowered onto a trailer for transport to the cleaning area.
The unit is self-supportive due to the use of an air-cooled diesel engine. The engine drives the hydraulic pump and is equipped with a spark arrestor. All hydraulic functions are remotely controlled for increased safety of the operator. The bundle lifter can be adjusted to the diameter of the bundle by means of 2 sets of hydraulic cylinders fitted with holding valves.
The bundle lifter is easy to position above the bundle which saves a lot of time. When the bundle lifter puts the bundles on the rollers for cleaning, the lifting slings are normally around the baffle plates causing problems. With the bundle lifter, the bottom of the bundle is free, making it easy to load it on the rollers.
The Combi Lifter has the added advantage that it can both be used as an integral part of the Aerial Bundle Extractor (Main Lifting Frame) as well as a separate Bundle Lifter when disconnected from the Aerial Bundle Extractor.
After pulling out a Heat Exchanger, the combi lifter can be put on the ground and the lifter can easily remove the Heat Exchanger without disconnecting the crane. The bundle can be easily lowered onto a trailer for transport to the cleaning area. The Combi Lifter is a new versatile bundle lifter that is self supportive due to the use of an air cooled engine. The engine drives the hydraulic pump and is equipped with a spark arrestor. All hydraulic functions are remote controlled for increased safety for the operator. The bundle lifter can be adjusted to the diameter of the bundle by means of 2 sets of hydraulic cylinders fitted with holding valves.
The Self Propelled Bundle Extractor is designed to handle large number of low elevation bundles during maintenance shutdowns. The extractor has 2 steering axles to reduce turning radius or drive diagonally to reach bundles in the most difficult areas. The mast height has been reduced to 3.4m (11’,2”) in order to be road legal when transported on a low bed trailer. This also allows clearance when driving beneath pipe racks and other low structures within the plant.
The Self Propelled Bundle Extractor is operated via remote control. An optional wireless remote is available while a corded remote is standard. Due to its compact design, short turning and simple operation, this extractor is considered to be one of the fastest and most versatile in the industry. This makes it the perfect tool for large shutdowns.
The Truck Mounted Bundle Extractor was developed to remove, replace and transport bundles without the use of a crane. This extractor can reach horizontal bundles at elevations from 0.5m (1.6ft) to 6.92m (22.4ft). Maximum bundle weight capacity is 20 tons (44,000 lbs).
Due to its patented design, this machine can be used to transport bundles to and from the cleaning slab as well. These features make the Truck Mounted Bundle Extractor desirable to plants and refineries worldwide.
The standard Hydraulic Furnace Tube Extractor is designed for pulling / installing tubes up to 12 meters in length. There is also an optional 24.790 meter version available.
The main advantages of this equipment are:
The Trailer Mounted is two machines ( the Truck Mounted and the Self Propelled ) merged into one concept.
The low axle loads benefits the use in countries such as the US and Singapore, where no high loads are permitted. No transport with deep loader is needed. The Trailer Mounted can handle a bundle capacity up to 25T ( 55.000 pounds ) and max. 7 m ( 23 ft ) height.
The Trailer Mounted can be transported with a truck and/or disconnected and rebuild to a Self Propelled machine which can benefit the use during turnarounds.
The 2LTC with the new flex frame allows the operator to work from a safe distance with a pneumatic remote control.
The whole construction is easy to assemble on the heat exchanger shell without the use of cranes or forklifts. The whole setup consists only of 5 pieces which are all portable by hand. The added advantage is the flexibility by being able to fit multiple types of Peinemann cleaning equipment on the same clamp plate. Both single (1LTC/XLTC) as well as the Dual Lance (2LTC & 2LTC Fin Fan) machines can be easily fitted.
Various special accessories are available to fit the Flex Frame to a tube sheet or the header of an airfin cooler (ACC).
The Orion enables the use of the LTC and XLTC in a “hands free” fully robotic mode. It offers cleaning solutions for heat exchangers in place, in both horizontal and vertical configurations.
This new patent pending device is compact, light weight and easily installed in minutes by a single operator. The Orion consist of four major components; a mounting bracket with pneumatic gearbox, 2” box rail with pneumatic movement, LTC or XLTC drive, and a remote control.
Smart Indexer Hub’s light-weight design (15 lbs.), offers portability and transport by a single operator. Its “plug and play” approach allows connection of Left/Right/Up/Down in their respective ports for wireless control of the Flex Frame Indexer. Supplied with 2 lithium-ion batteries, the operator will be able to perform with Smart Indexing throughout the entire shift.
There is also a more complete system available called “Lunchbox” which controls all of the functions of the machine making the use of the remote unnecessary.
Maintenance and cleaning of large steel constructions is a time-consuming and costly job. The Magnetic Crawler cleans ship hulls, tanks and any other steel surface (horizontal and vertical) in less than 50 % of the usual lead time with a far better result !
Extreme debris in storage tanks like heavy oil, petrol, paraffin are no problem for the Crawler thanks to its adjustable workpressure.
The Magnetic Crawler can be used on practically any steel surface. It performs exceptionally well in removing marine growth or biofilm layers on the underwater portion of the ship’s hull.
As with most cleaning tools from Peinemann Equipment the XXLTC can easily be converted for use at a multitude of other cleaning applications. The XXLTC is designed for pipe cleaning applications and is suitable for feeding a single large hose with the following dimensions: 3/8” & 3/4” (DN10 - DN20).
The dual motor set up will give it enough force (185 kg - 400 lbs) to be used for the larger pipe cleaning jobs. Added advantage is the simple option to change the XXLTC into a dual flex lance machine (2XLTC) for tube cleaning applications and therefore making it a very versatile and safe tool for any cleaning contractor.
XXLTC pipe cleaning tool mounts directly onto the flange.
Designed for an easy and quick assembly of Triple Lance Tube cleaning, Dual Lance Tube cleaning and Single Pipe cleaning by the use of a brand new “Cartridge design”.
The new “Gear Drive” allows different speed and power settings through the use of just a single air motor, which is conveniently mounted at the front of the machine and reduces the overall footprint. The TLX is designed in a way that provides easy access to the working components of the machine without the use of any tools.
The hydraulic driven rigid lance machine is capable of operating 3 or 5 lances. Built on a double scissorlift platform, the machine is capable of cleaning exchanger tubes in place up to 6 meters (20 feet) high. This eliminates the need to build scaffolding and saves time.
The machine is equipped with a 50 foot (15,24 m.) wired remote and a wireless remote controller is optional. The average cleaning speed is 300 - 500 tubes per hour.
